Last updated: August 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Up and Up Movers website and the moving services we provide. By requesting a quote or booking a move, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes are based on the information you provide about your home, inventory and access. A written flat rate is honored as quoted, provided the actual move matches the details given. Significant changes, such as additional items or access not disclosed, may adjust the price.

Booking and deposits

• A small refundable deposit may be required to reserve your crew and date
• The balance is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed
• Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your slot to another customer. Deposit refund terms are provided at booking.

Our responsibilities

• We arrive within the agreed window and handle your belongings with care
• We provide the crew, trucks and equipment described in your quote
• We are licensed and insured, and valuation coverage options are explained to you

Items we cannot move

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials, flammables, perishables or certain valuables. We will let you know what to set aside during your estimate.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for loss or damage is governed by applicable law and the valuation coverage you select. Claims must be reported to us promptly so we can address them fairly.
